Brown Cow™ Vanilla Yogurt
Peeled, sliced navel orange
Ripe banana
Ripe mango chunks, blueberries, etc (fruits of choice, seasonally)
Julie's Great Nuggets™ Organic Cereal fines (collected from the bottom of cereal bags)
Honey to taste

Stir yogurt to mix the cream layer on top. Spoon ½ to 1 cup yogurt into bowl; add fruit, then yogurt, then ½ cup Julie's Great Nuggets™ cereal fines-drizzle with honey. Eat or let sit a few hours, chilled.

1 ½ sticks butter
1½ cups sugar(s) of your choice (try Sucanat™ or Rapidura in combination
with conventional white sugar)
2 Tablespoons water
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup white flour (or whole wheat pastry flour)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
2 ¾ cups oats
½ cup raisins
1 ¼ cups Julie's Great Nuggets™ Organic Cereal

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
1) grease 2 cookie sheets
2) cream butter/sugars till frothy; add eggs-beat well-mix in water/vanilla
3) sift flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda; add to egg mixture and mix well-add oats, raisins, cereal
4) form giant cookies-flatten out with your hand. Bake 15 to 17 minutes till edges done but middles soft. Remove to a rack and cool

1/2 cup butter
1 cup milk
1 cup brown sugar (or try Sucanat™)
1 cup flour (whole wheat pastry)
nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups fresh fruit
1 cup Julie's Great Nuggets Organic Cereal™

Preheat over to 375 degrees F. Melt butter in cast iron skillet in warming oven. Beat together milk, sugar, flour, salt, baking pwoder, with wisk until smooth and free of lumps. Stir melted butter into batter. Pour batter into skillet. Sprinkle evenly the cereal on top of batter, then place fruit in center on top of cereal--Bake 30 minutes or until brown--375 degrees.
