What's In It?
It's nice enough to know what the ingredients are…but there are many variables when it comes to picking out ingredients. Attention to the details of the specific brands and producers of each item is important to us. For example, some companies use molasses instead of sugar to connote a more "natural" product, but there are many different types of molasses.

Some cheap versions come very refined and sulphured, while others are certified organic and contain high amounts of beneficial nutrients. Molasses is known for its iron content, but many commercially available molasses brands contain no iron at all because they've been so refined.
